Definitions
Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms carry the meanings set out below. Capitalised terms not defined in this section carry their ordinary meaning in context.

| "Bonus Funds" | Any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or matched deposit amount credited to a Player's Account under a 4b777 promotional offer, subject to separate wagering requirements. |

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 4b777. They govern every interaction you have with the platform, from first visit through to account closure. By creating an Account or placing a Wager, you affirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the 4b777 platform.
- You are accessing the platform of your own free will and for personal recreational purposes only.
- You are not prohibited from accessing online gaming services under the laws of your jurisdiction.
- The funds you deposit into your 4b777 Account are your own lawfully obtained money and are not derived from criminal activity.
- You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy in full.
- You consent to 4b777 processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
4b777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice via the email address registered to your Account at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Account Registration & Eligibility
To access wagering products and deposit funds on 4b777, you must register a personal Account. Registration is free and open to any eligible individual aged 18 or above. Each Player may hold only one Account at any given time. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all Accounts being suspended and any outstanding balances being forfeited pending investigation.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Before processing your first withdrawal request, 4b777 will require you to complete the KYC verification process. This involves submitting a clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued identity document — a Bangladeshi National ID card (NID), passport, or birth certificate where applicable — along with a recent proof of residential address. KYC submissions are reviewed within 24 hours in most cases. Until KYC is complete, deposits and gameplay are permitted, but withdrawals will be held pending verification.
Age Verification
You must be 18 years or older. 4b777 performs age checks at registration and during KYC. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the depositing payment method.
One Account Policy
Each individual may hold exactly one 4b777 Account. Duplicate accounts created to abuse welcome bonuses or circumvent restrictions will be identified and closed, with balances and bonuses forfeited.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 4b777 will never ask for your password or OTP via any channel. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for maximum protection.
Players are responsible for all activity conducted through their Account, whether or not they authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 4b777 immediately at [email protected]. 4b777 cannot be held liable for losses incurred before we are notified of a security breach.
Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
4b777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All Account balances are held and displayed in ৳. The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction for all supported payment methods.
- Maximum deposit: Limits vary by payment method and Account tier. Your Account dashboard displays applicable limits at all times.
- Processing time (deposits): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay deposits are credited instantly in the vast majority of cases. Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during peak periods.
- Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests for KYC-verified Accounts are processed within minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfers may take up to 1 business day.
- 4b777 transaction fees: 4b777 charges no fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. Your payment provider's network fees, if any, are your responsibility.
- Withdrawal method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.
4b777 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in size or frequency, or where it has reason to believe that the source of funds has not been fully established. Such requests will be communicated to the Player via registered email and are expected to be fulfilled within 5 business days.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
4b777 offers a range of promotional programmes to eligible Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the point of offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.
- Opt-in: Most bonuses at 4b777 require explicit opt-in before or at the time of the qualifying deposit. Retroactive bonus claims for deposits made without opting in are not accepted.
- Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the offer terms.
- Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting and live casino games may contribute at a different rate than slots. Contribution percentages are listed in each offer's terms.
- Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated in the offer terms, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
- Maximum bet with active bonus: While wagering a bonus, the maximum single Wager permitted is ৳500 or 10% of the bonus value, whichever is lower. Wagers exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may be voided at 4b777's discretion.
- Bonus abuse: 4b777 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including matched betting, arbitrage strategies, and coordinated wagering patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine risk. Accounts engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be suspended.
4b777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to active promotions will be communicated to opted-in Players via the registered email address. Promotions are intended for individual recreational Players only and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
Welcome Bonus Terms
The 4b777 welcome bonus is available to new Players making their first qualifying deposit. Full terms — including minimum deposit amount, wagering requirement, eligible games, and expiry period — are displayed on the promotions page at the time of offer and must be reviewed before opt-in.
Seasonal Promotions
4b777 runs special promotions during BPL season, ICC tournaments, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and other significant dates on the Bangladesh calendar. These promotions are time-limited and governed by their own specific terms published at launch.
Section 6
Responsible Gaming Obligations
4b777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players in Bangladesh and beyond. Gambling is a form of entertainment and must always remain within the bounds of what a Player can comfortably afford to lose. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that you are responsible for managing your own gambling behaviour and that 4b777 provides tools to support you in doing so.
The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 4b777 Players free of charge and can be activated immediately from the Account settings panel:
- Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 7-day cooling period to prevent impulsive decisions.
- Session time reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after 1, 2, or 3 hours of continuous play, prompting you to review your session.
- Cooling-off period: Temporarily pause your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, login, deposit, and wagering are all disabled.
- Self-exclusion: Request a self-exclusion of 6 months or longer by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion closes your Account for the full requested period with no option to reopen early under any circumstances.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are expressly prohibited on the 4b777 platform. Engaging in any of them constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.
- Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent identity verification request.
- Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly allowing a minor to use your Account.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any form of fraud.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or third-party software to place Wagers, manipulate game outcomes, or extract data from the platform.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds. Any winnings derived from a technical error are void and will be reclaimed by 4b777.
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports fraud in connection with events on which you have placed Wagers on 4b777.
- Engaging in collusion with other Players, game operators, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 4b777 platform, its software, or its infrastructure.
- Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward 4b777 support staff or other players via any communication channel.
4b777 employs a combination of automated monitoring systems and human review to detect prohibited conduct. If a breach is identified, the affected Account(s) will be suspended pending investigation. 4b777's determination of whether a breach has occurred is final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 8 below.
24/7 Monitoring
All Wagers, deposits, and Account activity on 4b777 are monitored around the clock by automated fraud detection systems. Unusual patterns trigger immediate review by the 4b777 compliance team.
Zero Tolerance for Fraud
Fraudulent activity — including use of stolen payment details, identity fraud, or coordinated bonus abuse — will result in permanent Account closure and reporting to the relevant payment network or law enforcement.
Fair Play Enforcement
4b777 uses certified RNG technology for all casino games and monitors sports betting markets for suspicious wagering patterns. Match-fixing related accounts are permanently banned and reported.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
4b777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required to do so for legal, regulatory, or security reasons. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or use of funds from criminal activity.
- Discovery that the Account holder is under 18 years of age.
- A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder.
- A legally valid request from a payment provider, financial institution, or law enforcement agency.
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation and the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the Account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned in full within 5 business days. Where the investigation confirms a breach, any real-money balance may be forfeited where required by law or these Terms & Conditions. Bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited in all cases of breach.
Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting 4b777 support at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (subject to completed KYC and outstanding withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
For any disputes arising from Account suspension or closure, Players may submit a formal complaint to [email protected]. 4b777 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the general principles of commercial law, and any unresolved disputes will be subject to binding arbitration by a mutually agreed independent arbitrator.
